In accordance with its visionary mission to empower underprivileged Liberian children and youths to attain high quality education, the Change for Liberian Children and Youths (CLCY) has established a scholarship scheme to be managed by the following guidelines:

Change for Liberian Children and Youth (CLCY) Financial Aid Guidelines
Change for Liberian Children and Youth (CLCY) has established the following guidelines to govern its financial aid program:
Eligibility:
- CLCY financial aid is available to underprivileged Liberian children and youth who demonstrate a willingness to engage with the teachings of the Gospel.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in, or have been admitted to, an educational institution.
- Applicants must submit a written application to the CLCY Scholarship Committee.
- All financial aid applicants will undergo a screening process conducted by the CLCY Scholarship Committee.
- Applicants must demonstrate good conduct and have no criminal record.
- While there is no minimum grade requirement for initial financial aid consideration, recipients must maintain a semester grade average of 80% or higher to remain eligible for continued assistance.
The Change for Liberian Children and Youths (CLCY) Scholarship Guidelines
In accordance with its visionary mission to empower underprivileged Liberian children and youths to attain high quality education, the Change for Liberian Children and Youths (CLCY) has established a scholarship scheme to be managed by the following guidelines:
- To benefit from CLCY scholarship one must be an underprivileged, willing to hear the message of the Gospel, and must apply in writing to the CLCY Scholarship Committee.
- He/she must be of sound mind, be of good deportment and have no criminal record.
- He/she must have attained a grade point average of 85% or above as promotion from his previous class/grade or, for those at university level, the last semester attended must be 3.0 or better.
- All applications must be accompanied by three letters of recommendation; one from the Pastor of the church. The applicant is a member of, one from his/community leader and one from the principal of the school he/she is attending or last attended.
- The beneficiary of CLCY scholarship must submit his/her report card to the CLCY Scholarship Committee at the end of every semester to qualify for continuance of the scholarship
- All beneficiaries MUST sign an undertaking/commitment to fully abide by CLCY’s scholarship rules and regulations as enshrined in these guidelines.
- These Guidelines are subject to review and amendment as may become necessary.

CLCY has established a number of scholarship and financial aid programs that provide assistance for the underprivileged. These programs help promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ and draw our students unto salvation away from starvation.
CLCY sponsored students 2022.
Part-time sponsorship ranges from $20.00 to full-time $75.00 monthly. It cost total of $900.00 annually to support a student.
CLCY provides tuition, uniforms, school supplies, health-awareness support for teenagers’, sanitary products, sports and recreation and monthly allowances and full Christian mentorship for our students.
