CLCY Vocational and Technical Institution Project A Vision for Liberia’s Future Change for Liberian Children and Youth (CLCY) is committed to expanding educational and economic opportunities in Liberia through the development of the CLCY Vocational and Technical Institution Project in the Careysburg District, Montserrado County. This transformational initiative is designed to equip young Liberians with practical vocational training, technical skills, leadership development, and entrepreneurial education that will empower them to become self-reliant and productive contributors to their communities and nation. The institution will provide training programs in key areas including: Carpentry Masonry Plumbing Electrical Work Information Technology Automotive Repair Equipment Maintenance Agriculture Agribusiness Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Through this project, CLCY seeks to: empower youth with marketable skills, reduce unemployment, promote self-reliance and entrepreneurship, strengthen local communities, and contribute to Liberia’s long-term economic growth and development. The vision extends beyond education alone. The CLCY Vocational and Technical Institution will serve as a center for opportunity, leadership, mentorship, innovation, and hope for future generations. CLCY remains committed to working collaboratively with local communities, government agencies, churches, humanitarian partners, and supporters to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of this life-changing project.
